Monthly Massage Membership Terms

    Included: One - 90 minute Massage per month

Pricing:

• $116 per month (charged automatically to the card on file)
• Upgrade to a 2-hour session for an extra $35 (due at the time of service)

• Save Money – Enjoy lower rates compared to single sessions.
• Additional massages – $25 off regular pricing

• CBD Oil and/or
• Himalayan Hot Stones

Membership Terms

• If you are unable to make your appointment, you may send someone in your place, but this must be pre-arranged at least 2 hours in advance, and they must complete an intake form prior to the session.
• You may transfer a monthly session to a friend or family member, but no more than three transfers can be made within a 12-month period.
• Unused sessions do not roll over and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
• I reserve the right to terminate or refuse to renew a membership for any reason not prohibited by law.
• By subscribing to a membership, you agree to notify me promptly of any changes to your personal or payment information.

Cancellation & Appointment Policies:

• Membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice.
• Arriving 5–10 minutes before your session is ideal. If you (or your substitute) arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled end time.
• No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit that month’s session.
