Booking a Session

When booking a session, whether it's online or over the phone, a credit card is required to reserve your spot.
Your card will not be charged except for if Cancellation Policy needs to be applied.


Scheduling Online 

Get started by creating your account

  • Click the Login button
  • Enter your Email Address
  • Click Create Account
  • Follow the prompts on the screen to enter your personal information, including your full name, password and phone number
  • Click Create Account
  • Add New Card (required for booking)
  • Proceed to Book

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation along with a second email containing your Intake/Consent Form. Please complete and sign this form prior to your session.


Accessing your Client Portal

I highly suggest adding the app to your phone to easily log into schedule, make changes, cancel or view your appointments. 


Steps for installing the app

iOS Instructions:

  1. Open the portal in Safari. (HERE)
  2. Tap the Share icon. (Blue square with an up arrow)
  3. Select Add to Home Screen, then click Add.

Android Instructions:

  1. Open the portal in Chrome. (HERE)
  2. Tap the Download button.
  3. Tap Install App, then Install.


Once you have the app on your phone, you can easily log in to schedule, make changes, cancel or view your appointments.

Intake Form / Consent

All new clients are required to fill out the the intake/consent form prior to your session. This is to ensure your safety and determine if you’re able to receive this type of therapy. It also helps to personalize your session, understand medical conditions, and document consent for effective treatment.

Arrival to your Appointment

Please arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience.  Please have your intake form filled out prior to your session.
If late arrival is inevitable, your session will be shortened in order to keep on schedule and end on time. No full or partial refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy

The Traveling Sole requires at least 6 hours' notice to cancel or make changes to your appointment. The more notice, the better! Cancellations or modifications made with less than 6 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the credit card on file.

To cancel or modify your appointment, you can:

Late Arrival Policy

In the event you arrive late, your session will still end on time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. While I will incorporate as much time as possible into your session, please note that it may also include brief verbal intake, post-session follow-up, or self-care suggestions to enhance your experience.

If you're late, you will still be charged for the full treatment time, regardless of the actual massage time received.

Appointment reminders are sent via email and text message.

No Show Policy

No-shows suck! They disrupt the schedule and prevent other clients from booking. Your time is important and so is mine, so I have a strict no-show policy.
In the event that you don't show up to your appointment without notice, you will be charged for the full session price.
If you have prepaid you will not receive a full or partial refund, you are paying for that missed time.

For future appointments, prepayment will be required to secure your booking.

Appointment time

Your appointment time is reserved for you.
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, other arrangements can be made. 

Example: You may allow someone to take your place, but they will still need to fill out an intake form & sign consent form and show up on time. 

Your card on file will be charged unless theirs is given. (You will be responsible for payment arrangement)

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session. Cash or debit/credit cards are accepted. If you prefer to pay online before your session, please contact me to receive an invoice through Square.
