Booking a Session

When booking any session with me, whether it's online or over the phone, a credit card is required to reserve your spot.
Your card will not be charged except for when our Cancellation Policy needs to be applied.


Scheduling Online

Email example: This email is confirming that we have received your request for an appointment with The Traveling Sole on Wednesday, May 3 at 12:30 PM CDT. We will confirm the appointment as soon as possible and send a follow-up email when we do.

Intake Form / Consent

All new clients will need to fill out an Intake form and read and sign the consent. **Please note, you must click on the consent and read it before you can sign and finish the intake form.

Arrival to your Appointment

Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience.  Please have your intake form filled out prior to your session.
If late arrival is inevitable, your session will be shortened in order to keep on schedule and end on time. No full or partial refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy

The Traveling Sole requires a minimum of 6 hours prior to your appointments start time to cancel or make any changes. The more notice the better! (Most places require 24). Cancellations or modifications must be made within 6 hours.
Cancellations or appointment modifications with less than 6 hours notice will be charged the 50% of scheduled time to the credit card on file. Cancellations can be made by email:tyana@thetravelingsole.com, calling and talking to me, leaving a voice message or texting (606) 389-7653

Late Arrival Policy

Please don't be late, but in the inevitability that you are, please know that we will still be ending on time. This is to ensure that we will not affect the appointments after yours.
The session will incorporate as much time as possible, however, your session may require a brief verbal intake of pre-session interviewing, post-session follow-up and/or self-care suggestions to better enhance your massage experience.
If you are late you will still be charged for full treatment time regardless of how much actual massage time you receive.
You will receive reminders at your email or text provided through Full Slate.

No Show Policy

No shows suck!
When you don't show up, you take up a space that someone else would've gladly filled. Your time is important and so is mine, so I have a strict no show policy.
In the event that you now show, you will be charged for the full session price.
If you have prepaid you will not receive a full or partial refund. You are paying for that missed time.
For scheduling future appointment you will be required to prepay. 

Appointment time

Your appointment time is reserved for you.
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, other arrangements can be made. 

Example: You may allow someone to take your place, but they will still need to fill out an intake form & sign consent form and show up on time. 

Your card on file will be charged unless theirs is given. (You will be responsible for payment arrangement)

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each session.
Cash or card (debit/credit) are acceptable forms of payment. If you would like to pay online prior to your session, simply email Tyana at tyana@thetravelingsole.com to receive an invoice through Square.
